Elevate Comfort and Durability: Why Choose Cahaya Bintang Store Ergonomic Chair Mesh Fabric?
When it comes to choosing the right ergonomic office chair, fabric quality plays an important role in comfort, durability, and long-term performance. At Cahaya Bintang Store, our carefully selected mesh fabric combines breathability, strength, and practical maintenance to support everyday office seating needs.

Made from 100% polyester, our mesh fabric offers excellent abrasion resistance, reliable pilling resistance, good colour fastness, and easy maintenance. Discover how our high-performance mesh fabric helps enhance the comfort, appearance, and durability of ergonomic office chairs in modern workplaces.

1. Excellent Abrasion Resistance

• Office chairs are used regularly throughout the working day, making fabric durability an important consideration. Our mesh fabric offers abrasion resistance exceeding 20,000 cycles, helping it withstand the demands of daily use.
• This durable construction helps maintain the fabric's appearance and performance over time, making it suitable for busy offices, corporate workspaces, and commercial environments.

2. Comfortable and Breathable Material

• Made entirely from 100% polyester, our mesh fabric combines durability with a breathable structure that promotes airflow. This helps users enjoy a more comfortable seating experience, especially during extended periods of sitting.
• With a fabric weight of 460 g/m², the material provides a substantial construction suitable for ergonomic office seating without compromising its breathable design.

3. Reliable Pilling Resistance

• Fabric pilling can affect the appearance and texture of an office chair over time. Our mesh fabric achieves a pilling resistance grade of 4.5, helping minimise the formation of small fabric balls caused by friction.
• This feature helps maintain a smoother fabric surface and a neat, professional appearance, even with regular office use.

4. Good Colour Fastness

• Maintaining the original colour of office chair fabric helps preserve a professional and attractive workspace. Our mesh fabric achieves a colour fastness grade of 4.5 after 20 hours of light exposure, indicating good resistance to colour changes under the specified test conditions.
• This makes it a practical choice for businesses seeking office seating materials that combine durability with a consistent appearance.

5. Easy Maintenance and Care

• Keeping ergonomic office chairs clean helps maintain a tidy and professional working environment. Our mesh fabric is designed for practical everyday care, with routine cleaning requiring only a vacuum cleaner with a suitable upholstery attachment or a soft brush to remove dust and loose dirt.
• For spills or stains, follow the chair manufacturer's cleaning instructions and test any recommended cleaning product on an inconspicuous area first to help protect the fabric's quality.
